Thanks to its historic heritage and iconic location, the Hôtel du Palais is a unique destination. Vincent Poulingue capitalizes on its identity to turn his vision into reality while honouring the region’s living legacy. “At the Hôtel du Palais, each room tells a story, and we enjoy the privilege of continuing to write ours as time goes by. Here, everything is possible, be it an evening spent with the Opéra de Biarritz in La Rotonde, accompanied by treats from our pastry chefs, or replays of the World Cup on a giant screen in the gardens, with a glass of champagne.”
Born in Normandy, Vincent Poulingue has found a lifestyle in Biarritz of which he is extremely fond. “The balance between work and leisure is deeply rooted in local culture. A real fan of sport, I appreciate moments when I can play golf with my daughters or participate in races and hikes with my team.”
