Drawn by the resort's elegance and buoyancy, the couturier set up her first fashion house here, the same year, in the Villa Larralde. Until 1925, she was a regular guest at Hôtel du Palais, renowned for its high life. 100 years on, the Palace pays homage to Chanel with a sumptuous suite. Period furniture, woodwork and gilding restored by Les Ateliers Folin add real charm to a refined, modern atmosphere in black, white and beige. The terrace offers a unique view of the town and ocean. You can watch the waves for hours, as did Gabrielle with her lover.
