Sunday brunch is the high point of the weekend. A rule perfectly observed by Hôtel du Palais. Every Sunday, Empress Eugénie's former residence opens the doors of La Rotonde for its Imperial Brunch. An invitation to enjoy treats for the tastebuds in a wonderful setting. Colourful buffets are meticulously staged, offering a gourmet stroll amidst seasonal cuisine, further enhanced by the region's finest specialities. Different kinds of bread, pastries, salads, shellfish, lobster, eggs, cold meats, terrines, quiches, matured cheeses... Something to suit everyone's taste.

The Chef also proposes a varied menu to enchant the most demanding palates, with a selection of hot meat or fish dishes served at table, in the dining-room or on the terrace in fine weather. Tarts, puff pastries, mousse, madeleines, almond cake… The Pastry Chef's creations are feasts for the eyes and tastebuds, adding the final touch to this imperial banquet. The stunning view of the iconic Rocher de la Vierge and the pianist's melodies perfect this high-flying gastronomic experience.
