From a family of Epicureans, Alexandre Pons, F&B Director at Hôtel du Palais, has been Head Sommelier in iconic addresses both French and international. He now masterfully manages the Palace's wine cellar, boasting over 20,000 bottles and 1,200 labels. "The wine list offers a fine array of French classics while highlighting the terroir in a selection of vintages by local winemakers and a few Spanish labels." The chance to discover new gems and little-known grape varieties, such as Petit and Gros Manseng, typical of the Basque region!
