At La Rotonde, tradition complements modernity: "With Pastry Chef Aleksandre Oliver, we love to revisit certain classic desserts in modern style, giving them new life and reviving their former flavours. Thanks to our know-how and innovative techniques, we add a touch of freshness and novelty to each creation".
